To this end, we offer a communication portal for use by our clients. This portal provides a secure platform through which to communicate with us.
The advantages that the portal brings include features such as:
Digital signing of your tax return and other documents - no more hard copies of tax returns to file. Need a copy of an earlier year tax return or an assessment notice? We will make them available for you to download any time.
Digital Mail - with the ATO moving toward complete digitisation of their correspondence, we generally only receive electronic copies ourselves. We use the client portal as a secure service to forward mail to our clients, ensuring timely delivery of documents, and nothing lost in the post.
Instant messaging - by utilising instant messaging, not only are messages and file transfers secure, they will never be lost in an email spam filter again! This also adds another layer of assurance to you, in a world with increasing email scams, our instant messaging adds another layer of confidence that it is us you are hearing from.
Make online bookings - do you prefer to deal face-to-face with someone? We do too - but this doesn’t mean the client portal has no use. Logging into the portal, you will have access to online bookings so that you can book a time to see someone in person, whether that be for accounting, taxation, or advice
Mobile Phone App - download our mobile phone app and get logged in to communicate with us with us from the convenience of your mobile device. Use the instant messenger function, upload a document, or use the inbuilt camera scanner if you have a physical receipt you want to send to us. By using the app, you can even sign your accounts and tax return all from your phone
